Best Mortefi Build

Mortefi is a Hybrid character, excelling with Heavy Attack-based damage dealers, notably synergizing with Jiyan. His Outro buff significantly boosts Heavy Attack damage for the next character, while his Ultimate adds coordinated attacks for all allies, doubling for Heavy Attacks and enhancing overall damage.

Mortefi fast Concerto rotation maximizes field time for main DPS characters, and his Sequences boost his effectiveness further. Sequence 1 adds more coordinated attacks, Sequence 4 extends Ultimate duration to 17 seconds, and Sequence 6 offers a 20% team-wide ATK buff. As a result, Mortefi is a top-tier 4-star character, especially powerful when paired with Jiyan.

Pros of Mortefi:

Static Mist S1 is the best five-star weapon for all sub-DPS pistol users. It offers everything you need: a reliable passive, high ATK, crit rate, and Energy Recharge.

Novaburst S1, Undying Flame S1, Pistols#26 S1, and Thunderbolt S1 are good four-star options for the character. They are all nearly equal in damage output, with the latter falling behind the former by about 4%. It's recommended to choose a weapon based on availability and playstyle, as each passive has different requirements. 3* Pistols of Night S5 - temporary options for beginners.
