Build for Havoc Rover in Wuthering Waves

Havoc Rover Best Build

Havoc Rover is a versatile 5-star cleave DPS accessible to all players after Chapter 6 of the main quest. Unlike typical Main DPS, Rover doesn't heavily rely on their Ultimate but instead utilizes the Forte Gauge to enhance abilities in Dark Angel state. This allows for extended bursts of enhanced damage output, especially with Sequence 2 unlocked, enabling powerful burst damage rotations.

Rover's straightforward playstyle and potential for significant damage boosts make them a reliable choice for various team compositions and future updates promise further enhancements, solidifying their strength in the game.

Pros of Havoc Rover:

  1. Strongest DPS among the free options.
  2. Fairly simple gameplay.
  3. "Free constellations will significantly strengthen the character (and everyone will receive them).

Cons of Havoc Rover:

  1. We won't open all Sequence soon.
  2. Requires a very long time on the field.

Best Havoc Rover Echo and sets

The absolute best set for the character is definitely the 5-piece Sun-sinking Eclipse set. It outperforms all other options by almost 10% in damage, so it's important to aim for this set specifically. Dreamless is the best and only option for Echo.

Remember, to balance your stats (for example, if you have low ATK or, conversely, high ATK but low ER), you can mix 2-piece sets. The most powerful mix is considered to be 2-piece Sun-sinking Eclipse with 2-piece Lingering Tunes. If you have low Energy Recharge, you can go for 2-piece Sun-sinking Eclipse with 2-piece Moonlit Clouds.

Best Havoc Rover Weapon

The 5-star Emerald of Genesis is the only (as of version 1.1) and best option for Havoc Rover among all swords. It provides all important stats: critical rate, high attack, and energy recharge.

Lumingloss S1 is an ideal choice for Heavy and Basic ATK users due to its easy-to-trigger passive effect, although it is limited to a duration of 10 seconds. While it's perfect for characters who frequently use Skills, Main DPS characters who remain on the field longer and use Skills less may find its effectiveness diminished. Lunar Cutter S1 is also a good option, but requires even less time on the field.

Best Teams with Havoc Rover

Danjin is one of the best options for hypercarry teams with Havoc Rover. It's important to note that Danjin Outro skill provides a significant Havoc damage bonus to the next character, further buffing Rover damage. For this team, it's recommended to equip Dreamless Echo on both characters.

Alternative hypercarry with Sanhua. She boosts Rover damage significantly with her Outro, increasing Basic ATK DMG by 38%. Her short field time grants more freedom to Rover and chosen supports, enabling faster rotations.

Quick Swap Team. Jianxin excels at gathering enemies together and provides a nice damage bonus for ultimates.

Echo and weapon damage calculations were taken from the Prydwen team. Thank u so much!
