Build for Calcharo in Wuthering Waves

Calcharo is a five-star standard character who wields the power of Electro.

As leader of the "Ghost Hounds", Calcharo's stoic demeanor belies his lethal capabilities. He single-handedly raised the mercenary group to its current glory.

Calcharo Skills and Resonance Chain

Calcharo Basic Attack

Basic Attack: execute up to 4 attacks, inflicting Electro damage.

Heavy Attack: expend Stamina to strike the target, dealing Electro damage.

Mid-air Attack: use Stamina to execute a mid-air plunging assault, dealing Electro damage.

Evasion Attack: after a successful Dodge use Basic Attack within a certain time, causing Electro damage.

Calcharo Resonance Skill

Calcharo swings the Broadblade, striking the target and dealing Electro damage. The Resonance Skill Extermination Order can be consecutively cast three times. If not cast within a short period, it will enter cooldown, lasting for 10 seconds.

Calcharo Resonance Liberation

Calcharo deals Electro damage to nearby targets and enters the Deathblade Gear state, which lasts for 10 seconds. During the Deathblade Gear state: 

- Basic Attack is replaced with Hounds Roarn, allowing up to 5 attacks that deal Electro damage. This damage is equivalent to the Basic Attack damage. 

- Evasion Attack damage is increased, and this damage corresponds to the damage of Resonance Liberation.

Calcharo Forte Circuit

Heavy Attack: "Mercy" 

Outside of the Resonance Liberation Deathblade Gear state, when having 3 points of "Cruelty", the Heavy Attack transforms into "Mercy". Upon executing Heavy Attack "Mercy", all "Cruelty" points are consumed to deal Electro damage. This damage corresponds to the Heavy Attack damage. Additionally, 6 points of Resonance Liberation energy and 6 points of Concerto energy are restored. 

Rules for Acquiring "Cruelty": 

- Each hit of the Resonance Skill Extermination Order grants 1 point of "Cruelty". 

- "Cruelty" points are not acquired while in the Resonance Liberation Deathblade Gear state. 

Resonance Liberation: "Death Messenger" 

Within the Resonance Liberation Deathblade Gear state, the Forte Gauge transitions to "Killing Intent". With 5 points of "Killing Intent", the Basic Attack is substituted with Resonance Liberation "Death Messenger". Upon casting Resonance Liberation "Death Messenger", all "Killing Intent" points are expended to deal Electro damage. This damage results in the recovery of 12.5 points of Resonance energy and 20 points of Concerto energy. 

Rules for Acquiring "Killing Intent": 

- Each hit of Hounds Roar restores 1 point of "Killing Intent".

Intro / Outro skills

Intro: attack the target, causing Electro damage.

Outro: Calcharo's shadow aids the Resonator by slashing through targets in front, dealing 587.94% of Calcharo's Electro damage with each attack.

• Passive Skill №1. Upon casting Heavy Attack "Mercy", Calcharo's Resonance Liberation receives a 10% damage bonus that lasts for 15 seconds.
• Passive Skill №2. Upon hitting the target with Resonance Liberation "Death Messenger," Calcharo's damage received is reduced by 15% for a duration of 5 seconds.
  
• Passive Skill №3. The current Character has a chance to produce a specialty dish when cooking.
  

Best Calcharo Weapon

R5 Autumntrace is the best choice for you. If you do not have R5, it is better to use Standart Lustrous Razor R1 or Verdant Summit. If you just started playing and don’t have any of the above, you can choose Helios as good temporary option.

Best Echo for Calcharo

The best echo set for Calcharo at the moment is considered to be full electro Void Thunder. Set bonus: Electro damage is increased by 10%. With X5 when releasing Heavy Attack or Resonance Skill, Electro damage dealt is increased by 15%, stacking up to two times, each lasting for 15 seconds.

If you do not have Tempest Mephis, you can use other variants.

The second set, which is no less good for Calcharo, is X5 Lingering Tunes. This build is designed to maximize the damage bonus from the character's Outro skill. Set bonus: ATK is increased by 10%. With X5 in effect, your ATK increases by 5% every 1.5 seconds, stacking up to four times. Outro Skill DMG is increased by 60%.

We highly recommend using Mech Abomination Echo because it enhances the damage from the Outro skill. Since this build is primarily focused on the Outro damage buff, it has a significant advantage over other options.

While farming, you can also use X2 to X2.
